Some of our Training & Program Partners

We partnered with Untapped to provide a series of workshops for our coaches. From start to finish, Untapped have been incredibly professional and really took the time to understand our specific needs and tailor a solution that was fit for purpose. They designed and facilitated the sessions in a knowledgeable, engaging and content rich experience for our coaches. It is clear that their work is informed by contemporary theoretical understandings of neurodivergency, balanced with lived experience. I have no hesitation recommending them to other clients.

As part of our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, we searched for a suitable trainer for neurodiversity in the academic workplace. We are thrilled with what Untapped was able to deliver! They spent time getting the training right, and the feedback from our members has been so overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend ... the Untapped team for any training requirements you have around neurodiversity in your workplace.

3. BE YOUR BEST ACADEMY: LIFE SKILLS TRAINING

Be Your Best Academy are a 100% neurodivergent team, and we create personal and professional development courses for adults who identify as neurodivergent.

The courses aim to help neurodivergent individuals navigate daily life. The BYB team know that neurodivergent people have amazing talents and brilliant minds, yet can lack some 'simple' skills for life. Thus the learning academy was born, creating educational materials designed for a neurodivergent mind. The courses meet an identified community need for educational resources for:

  • Being better organised

  • Understanding complex emotions

  • 'Adulting' when living independently

There are also neurodiversity courses for employers, parents and health care workers.

4. GENIOUS ARMOURY: CYBERSECURITY TRAINING

A platform to attract and identify a cybersecurity talent pool within the autistic community and provide them with some fundamentals training in cyber security. This project is supported by a consortium including BHP, DXC, Splunk, La Trobe University, Curtin University and AustCyber.

Its modules provide a foundation syllabus delivered in an inspirational and understandable manner that is intended to spark interest and the pursuit of further learning towards a career in cybersecurity.

Genius Armoury is looking to partner with educational institutions (to create pathways to their cybersecurity courses) and with employers (to assist in developing their cybersecurity talent acquisition strategies).
